For Distance Reiki sessions, select your preferred date and time, ensuring it's a moment conducive to relaxation with closed eyes. Evening sessions before bedtime are particularly conducive, but any time of day works well. Following your session, a summary will be emailed to you.

Throughout your session, all your chakras will be assessed, and any blockages or imbalances will be addressed and harmonized. Additionally, I'll pay special attention to any areas of your body requiring extra care.

Crystals will complement the Reiki experience, intensifying its healing properties and energy.

Upon session completion, I'll draw an oracle card to provide you with an intuitive message.
